Animal Adoptions of Flamborough (AAF) would like to thank you for taking the time to fill out this application. It has been designed to assist you in selecting a suitable pet. Please understand that finding the best home for the animals entrusted into our care is our first concern. All pets up for adoption have been checked by a veterinarian, have up-to-date vaccinations, are microchipped, and have been spayed or neutered. ( With some exceptions such as booster shots for young kittens at the adopter's expense. ) Please complete the following and understand that this application remains the property of Animal Adoptions of Flamborough and will be kept confidential. AAF reserves the right to refuse applicants.

I have read and understood that AAF is looking for a home that is the best fit for the animal. If I don't receive a phone call for my first choice, it does not mean I have been rejected as an adopter. We have lots of cats to choose from.
